Primary Education

Primary teachers are the ones in charge of children's education while they're in the 6-year stage known as Primary Education (6-12 years). Thus, a teacher must be a sensible, creative and committed person, and has to respond to the demands made by the ever changing world in which we live in, using several learning contexts, methodologies and teaching resources.
In Andalusia, these studies are taught by the Universities of Sevilla, Granada, Málaga, Cádiz, Córdoba, Jaén and Huelva, and can be combined with lots of degrees. Its minimum grade is the following one: Primary Education in Andalusia.

Once the Primary Education degree (that lasts 4 years) is finished, a graduated goes into teaching and can work as a teacher either in schools (public, "concertado" and private ones) or in NGOs, adult centres...

Personally, I find this degree interesting because I think a great teacher is able to affect children's way of thinking positively in order to settle down the bases of a more tolerable society. Moreover, I don't think being a teacher would be tiring for me, since children are kinda funny and enjoyable.
